LiftPath is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application.
Data Collection and Storage
We Do Not Collect Any Personal Data
LiftPath does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information, workout data, health metrics, or any other data on external servers. All data you enter into LiftPath is stored locally on your device only.
Local Data Storage
- All workout sessions, exercise logs, and training data are stored locally on your iOS device using SwiftData
- Body measurements, personal records, and activity logs remain on your device
- No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party services
- Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it
Apple Health Integration
LiftPath may request permission to read data from Apple Health, including:
- Body weight and body fat percentage
- Nutrition data (calories, macros)
- Sleep data
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
- Active energy burned
Important:
- This data is only read from Apple Health and used within the app
- We do not write data to Apple Health
- We do not transmit this data to any external servers
- You control access through iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices
User Control Over Data
You have complete control over your data:
- Export: You can manually export your workout data as JSON or PDF files through the app's export features
- Sharing: No data is shared without your explicit action
- Deletion: Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device
- Backup: Your data may be included in iCloud backups if you have iCloud Backup enabled for the app
Data Sharing
LiftPath does not share your data with any third parties. If you choose to export your data:
- You control who receives the exported files
- Exports are generated locally on your device
- You decide whether to share with coaches, AI assistants, or others
- No automatic sharing or transmission occurs
Children's Privacy
LiftPath does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
